UX Designer

Job Description

Role Summary
The UI UX Manager will lead the design and user experience strategy across a portfolio of internal products, ensuring intuitive, visually compelling, and functionally sound digital experiences. This role plays a critical part in shaping how users interact with key platforms by combining research, design thinking, and execution excellence.


This individual will drive the full design lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, while collaborating closely with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders. The UI UX Manager will champion user research, guide design standards, and ensure consistency through scalable design systems, all while contributing hands on to design deliverables.


Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of user interfaces across web and mobile applications
• Own the end to end design process including research, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions
• Create process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate user experiences
• Facilitate design workshops and collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on requirements
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products
• Present design concepts and decisions to executive stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Partner with cross functional teams to deliver high quality, user centered digital solutions


Key Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in UI UX design with demonstrated progression into leadership or management responsibilities
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and responsive design expertise with a focus on research driven outcomes
• Proficiency in Figma and experience using tools such as Pendo or similar analytics platforms
• Deep understanding of user centered design principles, usability testing, and interaction design
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems
• Ability to work in fast paced environments and deliver high quality work with minimal direction
• Excellent attention to detail with strong conceptual and visual design capabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
