What We Offer
Starting pay of $15.00 per hour
Flexible scheduling—you choose when you work and the areas you want to serve
Work as few or as many hours as you’d like, up to 40 hours per week
Earn 3 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) for every 1,000 hours worked

What We’re Looking For
No previous caregiving experience or certifications are required—we provide initial and ongoing training to help you succeed
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
What You’ll Do As a Right at Home caregiver, you’ll provide personalized support based on each client’s individual needs. Responsibilities may include:
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
Offering medication reminders
Preparing meals and assisting with basic nutrition
Performing light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, and general tidying
Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Following each client’s individualized care plan
Observing and documenting changes in clients’ conditions and communicating concerns to the nursing team
Maintaining open communication with clients, family members, supervisors, and fellow caregivers
Accurately completing timesheets and documenting services provided
