Trane Technologies is seeking a Virtual Remote Support Specialist to focus on remote support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and investigation of Trane Digital Systems for the Upper Midwest region. You will document analytics, validate sequences of operations, and coordinate with the team to understand client requirements, with occasional on-site work and overtime as needed.
The role requires 7+ years in HVAC/Controls, BAS experience, and proficiency with MS Office and handheld devices.
