Role Summary An Associate Mental Health Therapist provides outpatient therapy services under clinical supervision while working toward full licensure. Success in this role includes delivering high-quality care, building a consistent caseload, and meeting all supervision and documentation requirements in accordance with state licensure regulations. Associate Therapist Responsibilities: under direct supervision of a Licensed Clinician:

* Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans * Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities * Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals * W-2 Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week required * Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines * Participate in required individual and/or group clinical supervision * Follow ethical standards, licensing board rules, and organizational policies

* Active, unrestricted license: ACSW, AMFT, APCC in California * Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. * Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) * Ability to provide therapy independently * Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms * Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.) * Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
