Handle live transfer calls and inbound leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. Meet and exceed sales targets with the support of our qualified lead generation system. Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team Utilize our CRM software to track and manage client interactions. Requirements Possess strong sales skills Pass background checks from our insurance carrier partners. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Be motivated to learn and take coaching for personal and professional development. Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping seniors. Goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
