This is a stellar opportunity for a senior-level engineer ready to take ownership of major initiatives. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking IT team in the midst of modernizing and rewriting legacy applications using the latest technologies. The role is a true full-stack position requiring autonomy, architectural input, and strong problem-solving capabilities. You'll also be working closely with internal customers, providing technical leadership while collaborating across teams. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being both hands-on and strategic! Responsibilities Lead the development of web applications using modern front-end frameworks and .NET 8 Work autonomously to build and enhance features with minimal oversight Mentor junior developers and provide architectural guidance Partner with internal customers to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions Contribute to rewriting legacy applications and new builds from scratch Participate in CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment within Azure environments Required Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of software development experience Proficiency with .NET 8 and .NET Framework Strong experience with React (latest version) Experience with Angular (v6 or newer) Full-stack web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience in Azure-based environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git source control Comfortable working in a customer-facing role Ability to provide architectural support and collaborate on technical strategy Nice To Have Skills & Experience Exposure to Power Platform or SharePoint Experience with Power BI Prior work modernizing or rewriting legacy applications Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus an employee assistance program and wellness initiatives 401(a) contributions with matching and a 457 deferred compensation plan with additional matching Generous vacation and sick leave If you are interested in learning more about the Principal Software Engineer opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
