Job Title: Construction Laborer Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Laborer and work at a condominium site. Your role will involve window caulking, cutting and installing windows, and performing concrete repairs, often working at heights.

• Perform window caulking and glazing.
• Cut and install windows as part of the construction process.
• Conduct concrete repair work efficiently.
• Operate hand tools and power tools for various tasks.
• Work on scaffolding high in the air.

• Proficiency in construction labor and concrete repairs.
• Experience with caulking windows and glazing.
• Carpentry experience is necessary.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights.

• Experience in general labor tasks.
• Familiarity with operating hand and power tools.

Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain or shine. The role requires working from 6:45 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for some Saturday work.

This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
