Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call emergency service

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused  Master or Journeyman Plumbing Service Technician . The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and repair skills and can independently provide high-quality plumbing solutions while delivering outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Service water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, filtration systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, sewer-line issues, and water-supply problems.
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer-camera inspections, water-line repairs, and repiping.
• Prepare accurate estimates and clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers.
• Document jobs using ServiceTitan or similar field-service software.
• Follow Virginia plumbing codes, OSHA requirements, and company safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, office staff, and management.
• Participate in scheduled on-call and emergency-service rotations.

Qualifications

• Virginia Master or Journeyman Plumber license preferred.
• 5–8+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs independently.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Additional experience preferred: ServiceTitan, tankless water heaters, sewer-camera inspections, hydro-jetting, HVAC systems, and ethical service-based sales.
