• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure; strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills; 0 or more years of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, or sports-related conditions; proficiency with EMR systems; additional certifications in specialized therapy areas are a plus.
• Additional Information: The role involves documenting patient care accurately in the Raintree EMR system, maintaining a caseload of approximately 50 visits weekly, and contributing to a clinical learning environment.
