People Generalist — HR Policy & Leave Expert
CBRE Group, Inc.
CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a People Generalist to support HR initiatives, policies and procedures, including FMLA, ADA, and leave management. You will provide guidance on programs, ensure compliance, and handle confidential employee records within the People Strategy and Operations function. You will partner with Sedgwick on leave administration, coordinate onboarding and terminations, and generate data reports for leadership while upholding CBRE’s values and #J-18808-Ljbffr CBRE Group, Inc.
