QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of residential service experience with relevant HVAC equipment
• A record of developing apprentice technicians into skilled service professionals
• An EPA certification is essential (a NATE certification would be a bonus)
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
