Must Haves
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state; assisted living/memory care experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Punctuality and professionalism are important.
- Passionate about working with the elderly.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and train a team of caregivers.
- Evaluate residents and report changes in condition to physicians.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
- Communicate effectively with the team, residents, and families.
- Build strong relationships.
