Housekeeper - On Call

HousekeeperCYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeper to perform cleaning and sanitation duties at the Air Force Global Strike Command located at Robins Air Force Base. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across over 60 rooms, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all personnel. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently in a secure facility.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the collection, counting, and documentation of soiled linens prior to vendor pickup to ensure inventory accuracy.Assist with the verification, counting, and documentation of clean linens upon return from the laundry vendor, identifying and reporting any shortages, overages, or damaged items.Load, unload, and safely transport laundry carts with capacities of up to 30 bushels, including carts weighing more than 100 pounds when loaded.Sort, inspect, and organize clean linens to ensure they meet established quality standards prior to distribution.Deliver and stock clean linens in the appropriate floors, rooms, or designated storage locations upon return.Separate, identify, and report unserviceable or damaged linens requiring replacement or further processing.Report missing linens, damaged articles, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the Site Supervisor.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred.At least 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal.Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.Potential for Telework: NoClearance Level Required: NoTravel: NoScheduled Weekly Hours: 20Shift: Day/EveningRequisition Category: ProfessionalPay and benefits are fundamental to any career decision.
