Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, holistic care to underserved individuals and families. The RN will support primary care providers with assessments, care coordination, patient education, and chronic disease management in a faith-based, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities include triage, vaccinations, medication administration, care planning, documentation in EMR, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
