Responsibilities:

You'll achieve success by:

• Delivering high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
• Progressing patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
• Building strong patient relationships and creating a positive care experience
• Communicating patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
• Completing timely, accurate documentation
• Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 + productivity incentives.
