Service Manager - RV Repair Center

Cenla RV is seeking a self-motivated, and experienced Service Manager to run our Service department. We are a busy full-service RV dealership offering a multitude of services to our customers. The ideal candidate MUST have prior RV or automotive service experience including 2 years or more of Management Experience. We are looking for someone that can take charge and not afraid of assuming 100% responsibility of the actions in our Service Department. Here at Cenla RV, anything less than unmatched satisfied customer experience is unacceptable. This position will involve daily face to face and phone interaction with customers. You must be able to schedule appointments, document issues the customers are having with their RV, dispatch work to the technicians, communicate the required or recommended repairs to the customer/warranty company, secure payments, document the repair process and finalize all work orders, and schedule the customer to pick up their repaired camper.

Responsibilities include:
- Maximizes productivity levels of Service Technicians and Service Advisors
- Oversee the efficiency and order of priority on all service work
- Lead by example with calm demeanor with daily on-going relationship building with customers as well as employees
- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction without exception
Qualifications :
- Service Management experience required
- Some RV experience (even if you just camp/you have to be familiar with an RV)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to keep up with busy work environment
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and computer typing skills
