You check your well-stocked service vehicle, scan the day’s schedule, and head out to your first call. A homeowner greets you with relief—you diagnose the issue, explain the options clearly, and complete a thorough repair that restores comfort. Between calls, you keep your truck and jobsite tidy, document work in ServiceTitan (if you’ve used it, great—if not, we’ll show you), and collaborate with teammates. Later in the week, you’ll join a training session to sharpen your troubleshooting skills and connect at a company meeting.What you’ll handleMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and related equipmentBuild strong customer rapport, present solutions, and deliver the right service every timeKeep your jobsite and service truck clean, organized, and ready for the next callParticipate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company eventsWhat you bringWorking knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and standard installation practicesBoiler experience preferred (not required)Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plusStrong organizational habits and attention to detailClear, professional written and verbal communicationA valid driver’s licensePhysical demands & work environmentSafety-first mindset with general knowledge of safe work practices and OSHA requirementsRegular activities include sitting, standing, walking, stooping, using hands and controls, hearing, and talkingComfort working on ladders, in hot and cold conditions, and within tight crawl spacesAbility to lift and move 50+ lbs on a regular basisOutdoor work throughout Colorado’s seasons; environments vary by job and time of yearCompensationEarnings are uncapped, and technicians could earn $100,000–$150,000 per year.
