In addition, this location offers in-house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management and hubbing, as well as repair services.NATURE OF WORK:Consolidating and analyzing financial data, taking into account company’s goals and financial standingAssembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial statusConsolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standingProvide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performanceAssemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risksDevelop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysisConduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast modelsGather meaningful information, identify trends and recommend actions to management based on sound analysisTrack and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecastsReconcile transactions by comparing and correcting dataGain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the market placeConsult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scopeDrive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the functionActively assist the monthly financial close process in all respectsLead and administrate Operations Finance projectsAssist in the monthly and quarterly financial close processOther duties as assigned CORE REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 5-7 years’ proven work experience as a Financial Analyst, specifically in a manufacturing environment; electronics manufacturing is a plusProficient with spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications. Oracle knowledge/experience is highly desirable.Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills, drawing conclusions and communicating resultsProven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysisProven knowledge of financial accounting including the monthly financial close processSufficient knowledge and ability to interpret, organize and analyze financial data from multiple sources including engineering, shop floor, accounting and other areasSufficient skills to develop ad hoc reports and presentationsAbility to work well alone as well as in a team environmentLeadership skills to lead multi-departmental projectsExcellent time management and prioritization skills with regard to strict deadlines.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident. Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
