Robotics Product Manager

Lambda Robotics builds autonomous systems for physical infrastructure. As our Robotics Product Manager, you'll bridge the gap between what customers need in the field and what our engineering teams build — owning the product roadmap from first deployment to scale. What you'll do Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, field data, and strategic goals. Work directly with customers to understand operational needs and translate them into requirements. Partner with engineering, design, and operations to ship features that work in the real world. Own metrics for robot performance, uptime, and customer satisfaction. What we're looking for Experience in product management for hardware, robotics, or industrial systems. Ability to communicate fluently with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical instincts — comfortable with data, but not paralyzed by ambiguity.
