Are you looking to build a career where your people skills can make an impact? The CT Team is hiring a full-time Customer Service / Sales Associate to join our growing team in Wethersfield, CT. The role involves meeting with customers face-to-face in a residential setting, educating them about our clients' products and services, and providing a professional customer experience.

If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and learning new skills, we'd love to meet you. Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers face-to-face to educate them about our clients' products and services.
• Build relationships through outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with questions and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Represent nationally recognized brands with professionalism.
• Work with teammates to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and professional development training.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer-facing experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or similar industries is preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person.
• Reliable transportation to our Wethersfield office.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.

Compensation & Benefits

• Projected entry level range: $0–$3,150+ per month, commission only.
• Earnings are based on individual performance.
• Ongoing mentorship.
• Performance-based advancement opportunities.
