Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a compassionate LPN to deliver high‑quality care in our Skilled Nursing community. Full-time team members are eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report updates to the care team
• Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Indiana or a multi‑state license
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated commitment to resident‑centered care
