Location: Albany, NY 12207 Duration: 2- 3 years Contract

Requirements

• 84 months experience writing C# code in Visual Studio.
• 48 months experience with.Net CORE
• 48 months experience writing MVC code in Visual Studio.
• 48 months of experience with JavaScript and JS Libraries.
• 36 months experience writing and executing unit tests.
• 60 months of experience in creating SQL queries
• 36 months experience with Source Control

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Management to meet objectives of BIS project.
• Guide a module Development Team.
• Guide design meetings and reviews.
• Work with Client to determine what shared services are appropriate for the Medical Portal.
• Create/Architect shared services that may be utilized by other agencies when appropriate.
• Create/Architect the technical environment that will be used to implement the portal.
• Lead code reviews.
• Coordinate unit and integrated testing.
• Enforce architectural, design, and coding standards.
• Create system documentation.
• Create technical specifications.
