Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks an RN, Minimum Data Set (MDS) nurse to lead accurate, timely MDS/RAI assessments and care planning. This role coordinates interdisciplinary input, ensures compliance with CMS regulatory requirements, and supports quality improvement and reimbursement integrity. The RN MDS collaborates closely with providers, nursing, therapy, and behavioral health teams to capture residents’ clinical status and functional needs. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical assessment, documentation, and EMR skills, plus a passion for faith-inspired, mission-driven care for underserved communities.
