SOLV Energy is seeking a Director of Project Development and Strategy for our High Voltage Infrastructure unit. This fully remote role leads all preconstruction activities from opportunity identification through bid finalization and handoff to execution. You will own estimates, budgets, and pricing for transmission, substation, and switchyard scopes while partnering with Business Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations leadership.
