Part-Time Health Caregiver (Humble/Kingwood)

Job Overview Always Best Care Humble Kingwood is a small business in the Humble/Kingwood area that specializes in Non‑Medical In‑Home Care for seniors. We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide personalized support and improve seniors’ quality of life. Pay & Schedule Pay: $13–$15 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule: Flexible shifts available up to 12 hours per week; preferences for day, evening, and holiday work. Benefits PTO Mileage reimbursement Weekly pay with direct deposit RN oversight and support Caregiver recognition program Promotion from within Variety of in‑home and assisted living assignments Responsibilities Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, vital sign measurement, and height/weight recording. Support mobility needs, including transfers from bed to walker or wheelchair. Carry out tasks per the client’s Care Plan: feeding, meal prep, medication reminders, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, social and outdoor activities, and shopping. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum two years of documented caregiver experience. Current driver’s license with an insured and reliable vehicle. Pass a background check. CPR certification and negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray. Empathy and respect for clients, staff, and the public. Effective written and spoken English. Positive attitude and confidentiality of client information. Experience with Memory Care, Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, or Alzheimer’s patients (preferred). Ability to commute to Kingwood, TX.
