Position Overview

We are looking to hire a results-driven Senior Insurance Estimator with an existing book of business and advanced Xactimate expertise. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling high-value claims, negotiating with carriers, and managing complex restoration scopes involving luxury finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring and grow an active book of insurance restoration business.

• Conduct detailed property inspections and damage assessments.

• Prepare accurate and defensible estimates using Xactimate.

• Negotiate scope and pricing with insurance adjusters and carriers.

• Identify, document, and justify supplements.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure scope accuracy and profitability.

• Maintain strong relationships with adjusters, carriers, and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Insurance Estimator in restoration/reconstruction.

• Active book of business (required).

• Advanced proficiency in Xactimate.

• Strong understanding of the insurance claims process.

• Experience with high-end restoration and luxury remodeling projects.

• Ability to negotiate complex and large-loss claims.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Valid driver's license.
