Job Summary
The Unit Manager for long term care unit at Chestnut Hill Health and Rehabilitation oversees daily nursing operations for an assigned unit, ensuring quality care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. Unit Managers serve as clinical leaders and resident advocates.

Unit Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing care on assigned unit

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality standards
