Care Coordinator- Midtown East

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Midtown East – 2nd Ave location. Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by welcoming patients and managing appointment flow. They must respond to all phone calls and emails within two hours, and no later than 24 hours. They guide patients through an out‑of‑network experience, greet everyone with a smile, and execute 5‑star customer service.
