A rapidly expanding bank is looking for an experienced Commercial Lender with a successful record of producing commercial real estate (CRE) and commercial and industrial (C &I) loan business in Abilene and the surrounding West Central Texas market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established commercial lender to join a growing bank, expand an existing portfolio, and develop new commercial banking relationships throughout the Big Country region.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Generate new CRE and C&I lending business in Abilene and surrounding communities.
• Develop and expand relationships with business owners, commercial real estate investors, developers, and other local decision-makers.
• Originate and manage a strong commercial loan portfolio.
• Identify new lending and business-development opportunities throughout the market.
• Contribute to the bank’s continued expansion in West Central Texas.

** Qualifications **

• Five or more years of commercial lending experience.
• Proven success producing CRE and C&I loan business.
• Strong knowledge of the Abilene and West Central Texas commercial banking market.
• Established local business and referral relationships are strongly preferred.
• Experience as a Commercial Lender, Commercial Loan Officer, Commercial Relationship Manager, or Business Banker will be considered.

** Compensation **

Base salary of $150,000–$200,000+ , depending on experience, production history, and market relationships.
