We’re hiring an experienced  Boat & Powersports Technician for a reputable marine service company. If you have strong mechanical skills and enjoy diagnosing and repairing marine equipment, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair boats and power sports equipment
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance
• Test engines and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Use diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Read service manuals and prepare parts lists
• Keep accurate repair records
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• 3+ years of marine or powersports repair experience preferred
• Experience diagnosing and repairing gas marine engines
• Ability to work independently
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience

• Volvo Penta
• Mercury Marine
• MerCruiser (preferred if applicable)
• Outboard and inboard motors
• Marine electrical and engine diagnostics

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and bend throughout the workday
• Overtime may be required
