ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Use a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media and other creative recruiting strategies.
• Leverage social media to promote career opportunities, strengthen talent pipelines and build awareness of Holiday Inn Club Vacations as an employer of choice.
• Provide a professional, engaging and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up to date with recruiting trends, including tool recommendations, strategies, industry news, etc. 
• Attend weekly training with Sales and Marketing Talent Acquisition Team.
• Maintain up-to-date notes in both UKG and other internal tracking platforms.
• Partner with HR and sales leadership teams throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Assist Broker with Timeshare Licensing for all new hires. 
• Occasionally assist TA partners with recruitment for other resort locations. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• TA candidates must possess exceptional communication and phone skills, a great personality, strong organization skills and a strong desire to succeed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the timeshare sales industry. 
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Basic understanding of HR processes and procedures.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to commute to our Gatlinburg, TN resort. 

 

Office Hours: M-F (9-5) but must be flexible around candidate schedules.
