What we are looking for We are seeking a seasoned Stormwater engineer who is eager to build our name in the Central Texas market. This role is a lead‑seller‑doer responsible for driving our Stormwater practice in San Antonio and surrounding counties, building client relationships, guiding project delivery and expanding our regional presence. Learn more Responsibilities What you get to do: Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules and deliverables—keeping projects on track and clients informed. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and position the team for future projects. Coach and supervise project team members and contractors to foster professional growth and successful delivery. Oversee and review project documents to ensure technical accuracy, quality assurance and alignment with industry standards. Guide preparation of reports, technical presentations, budgets, permits and construction plans. Define project milestones and success criteria, keeping the team and stakeholders aligned throughout the project life cycle. Conduct close‑out reviews, lessons learned sessions and prepare recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop teaming strategies, lead proposal efforts, and participate in client interviews to secure new work. Qualifications What you will bring: 7+ years of progressive experience in the design and construction of drainage and stormwater systems. Proficiency with key hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and mapping software and drainage criteria, such as:

TxDOT Hydraulic Design Manual City of San Antonio Storm Water Design Criteria Manual Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven ability to develop project schedules and budgets, coordinate design efforts across multiple offices and ensure successful delivery from concept to completion. Experience in business development, QA/QC, recruiting and mentoring engineering staff. Background in floodplain and drainage studies, providing technical insight that guides smarter solutions.
