About the Position

Job Title: RN - Electrophysiology Lab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Electrophysiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Active RN License Certifications: ARRT or RCES preferred Must-Have: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience dedicated to Electrophysiology. Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description: This position involves backfilling for an RN in the Electrophysiology lab. The schedule is from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with call requirements. The lab consists of one procedure room with 3-4 staff members performing procedures. The staff on the day shift includes a mix of technicians and RNs, along with a supervisor. Patient ratios in this setting are maintained at 1:1. Typical procedures performed include standard implant procedures and ablation cases, excluding VT. Watchman procedures are also performed in a high-volume environment. Candidates should have a strong sense of urgency due to the busy nature of the lab. The dress code mandates scrubs, which are provided by the facility.
