Territory Operations Manager

Bumblebee Health is an addiction medicine provider group that partners with behavioral health and substance use treatment facilities to strengthen the medical care available to the individuals they serve. Our goal is to expand access to high-quality care while helping facilities build more consistent, integrated, and clinically sound medical services within their existing treatment programs. Our team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers works closely with facility leadership and clinical teams to deliver medical directorship, telepsychiatry, and telemedical services tailored to the needs of each program. Rather than operating as a separate layer of care, we integrate with facility teams to support clinical decision-making, establish effective medical processes, and promote continuity across the patient journey. Headquartered in Phoenix Arizona, Bumblebee Health is the expanding operations across the country and is looking for a Territory Operations Manager to support facility partners, providers, and internal teams as we continue to grow. This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, relationship-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving healthcare environment. The ideal candidate can bring structure to day-to-day operations, communicate clearly across different teams, and help move issues toward resolution. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary operational contact for assigned facility partners. Build strong working relationships with facility leadership, staff, providers, and internal Bumblebee teams. Support new facility implementations and ongoing account operations. Coordinate provider schedules, access, workflows, communication, and other account needs. Track outstanding items and follow through to ensure issues do not fall through the cracks. Weekly visitations to our partnered facilities Identify operational challenges early and help coordinate practical solutions. Gather feedback from facilities and providers and communicate key needs internally. Support meetings, implementation tracking, onboarding, scheduling, and account-specific projects. Help improve processes as Bumblebee continues to grow. What We’re Looking For Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. Clear and professional communication skills. Interest in behavioral health, substance use treatment, healthcare operations, or improving access to care. Looks for smarter ways to work. We value people who are willing to use AI, automation, and other emerging tools to reduce unnecessary administrative work and create better systems. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, addiction treatment, account management, provider relations, or operations is preferred.
