Public Relations Coordinator

Schedule Full-Time (Hourly) 40/hours a week Job Responsibilities Support the Director of Public Relations in executing PR strategies, media relations initiatives and brand communication efforts Monitor media coverage for brand mentions and industry trends Compile reports for internal stakeholders Maintain media lists, editorial calendars and press materials Assist with media outreach, interview coordination and responding to media inquiries Coordinate influencer, media and VIP visits, including itineraries and on-site logistics Support press activity for events, openings and brand activations Assist with executive talking points, interview prep and award submissions Work closely with marketing, social media and operations teams to support PR initiatives and campaigns Maintain organized media coverage, update PR trackers and reporting documents Contribute proactive story ideas that support brand visibility and business goals Skills Exceptional communication, AP style writing and presentation skills Experience managing and coordinating influencer campaigns Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and passion for storytelling Experience in hospitality or multi-brand environments.
