– Greet patients upon arrival, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence – Assist with patient check-in using self-service kiosks or handheld tablets – Perform clinical specimen collection and processing following established procedures – Help maintain the integrity and safety of the waiting area environment – Support staff by covering breaks and assisting with staffing shortages – Accurately maintain required records and documentation related to patient interactions and specimen handling – Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all patients – Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations

– High school diploma or equivalent – 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience (e.g., retail, home health aide) – Prior phlebotomy experience, including specimen collection and processing – Proficiency in keyboard/data entry – Ability to handle patients with care and compassion – Good organizational skills and attention to detail – Effective communication skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

– Phlebotomy certification or licensure preferred – Reliable transportation to and from the worksite; candidates should reside within a 20-25 minute commute – Willingness to work in both lobby and clinical areas, including assisting with specimen collection – Flexibility to work various shifts as scheduled and to stay for the entire shift – Strong commitment to customer service and confidentiality – Prior experience with kiosk or tablet-based check-in systems is a plus – Candidates currently enrolled in school should ensure their schedules do not conflict with shift hours
