JOB SUMMARY The Compensation & Compliance Partner serves as a strategic compensation team member and operational compliance control to organizational leaders and HR partners regarding compensation programs, market competitiveness, pay practices, and compensation-related policies. This position analyzes compensation data, develops recommendations, supports compensation initiatives, and ensures compliance with organizational guidelines and applicable laws and regulations. This role supports employee compensation, physician, and advanced practice provider (APP) compensation.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS Type: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits) Typical hours for this position: Monday-Friday, Day Shift Remote work Will ONLY consider candidates from the following states: MO, IL, TN and AR

Education: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or Healthcare Administration- required

Experience: - Five (5) years of compensation partner/analyst experience, with at least two (2) years of experience in healthcare compliance, finance, provider compensation, or auditing- required

Saint Francis Healthcare System is committed to a compensation philosophy that aligns to the fiftieth percentile of the marketplace, while also crediting applicable and/or relevant work experience when computing compensation offers for selected candidates. Internal equity is factored into all offers presented to candidates.

Minimum salary: $76,387.25
