- Manage and update CRM and marketing databases
- Prepare and upload customer and lead lists
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
- Support marketing campaigns and operations
- Perform data quality checks and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- 1-2 years of marketing, CRM, data entry, or administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM systems preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
