About Our Property We are a premier hotel with 298 guest rooms and extensive event spaces. Our team has earned a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and continues to deliver exceptional guest experiences worldwide. Responsibilities Set up for functions, including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and placing table centerpieces. Serve food, carry trays to the function location, and clear food from tables. Break down duties: bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, vacuuming. Clean the back hall and organize storerooms. Set up AM or PM break stations (coffee, tea, snacks, beverages). Assist with event room setup for meal periods and table needs. Prepare condiments, brew coffee, and ensure workstations are stocked. Serve beverages and remove dishes, glasses, silverware or other items from tables or counters. Clean and sanitize tables, counters and seats after guests finish. Explain menu items, cooking methods, and ingredients. Accommodate special requests and dietary issues made by guests. Provide general property information and a warm welcome/farewell to guests. Interact with staff professionally and assist other departments. Ensure final quality check on food and beverage items prior to serving guests. Monitor assigned tables for customer satisfaction and quality. Address guest issues promptly and with concern. Assist other event and restaurant staff as needed. Maintain awareness of safety issues, such as broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons. Qualifications 2‑4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service. Experience in a 4‑star or 5‑star venue with synchronized service. Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. Excellent communication skills.
