Healthcare HR Director: People, Compliance & Growth

Paradigm at the Pines and Kountze is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Director to oversee the HR function at the facility. This exempt role reports to the Administrator and ensures compliant, quality personnel through policy-driven practices. The Director will manage employee records, payroll, onboarding, benefits, and training while upholding federal, state, and local regulations.
