Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Xpertdoc Expert with strong exposure to document generation, CCM solutions, and integration with enterprise systems such as AS/400 (IBM i). The role involves designing, developing, and supporting automated document solutions for high-volume, business-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Xpertdoc document templates and solutions
Configure and customize Xpertdoc Designer, Engine, and Delivery components
Develop and maintain document composition logic (XML, XSLT, scripting)
Integrate Xpertdoc with AS/400 (IBM i), DB2, or other backend systems
Work with business users to gather requirements for document layouts and workflows
Handle PDF, print, email, and electronic document delivery solutions
Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Xpertdoc solutions
Support production issues, root cause analysis, and enhancements
Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, infrastructure)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Xpertdoc (CCM platform)
Experience with:
Xpertdoc Designer & Engine
XML, XSLT, XPath
Document composition and template design
Experience integrating Xpertdoc with AS/400 (IBM i) or legacy systems
Working knowledge of DB2 / SQL
Experience with batch and on-demand document generation
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
AS/400 technical skills (RPG, CL, IBM i architecture)
Experience with CCM / document automation tools (Quadient, OpenText, etc.)
Knowledge of Java or .NET integrations
Experience in Insurance, Banking, Utilities, or Financial Services domains
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
