About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Med/Surg, Telemetry Cardiac, PCU, Med-Surg Adult Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Valid RN license or Compact License Certifications: BLS certification, ACLS certification Must-Have: Strong MS/Telemetry experience Description: The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team. The RN is responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas. The RN will be required to assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests. The RN will be involved in the planning and implementation of a written care plan under the direction of a Physician. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills are required.
