DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Security Engineer -IAM/SailPoint in Fort Worth, TX. The candidate will be instrumental in ensuring a successful migration and future-state implementation.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:SailPoint administration:* User access management* Application onboarding* Identity governance operations* Reconciliation and aggregation activities* Audit documentation support* Back-end SailPoint engineering work* Workflow and automation development* Provisioning process improvements* Support SailPoint upgrade planning and executionPlanned 2027 upgrade expected to include:* Cloud-focused capabilities* Enhanced entity management* Environment scanning capabilities* Workflow automation functionality* Improved provisioning processesRequirementsDesired Experience:* SailPoint certification is preferred but not required if experience can be validated* Identity governance and administration experience* Connected systems integrations* Application onboarding* Automation and workflow development* User access management* Reconciliation* Aggregation* Group provisioning* Documentation and audit supportTechnical Environment:* SailPoint IdentityIQ* Current environment has been in place for approximately 4 years* Organization skipped the last major upgradeJob TypeDirect HireCompensation95000 - $115000
