Production Supervisor

Now Hiring: Production Supervisor
We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive production goals, and champion safety, quality, GMP compliance, and Lean continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
✔ Manufacturing experience in Food, Pharma, or Industrial environments
✔ Experience working in regulated environments (FDA, Government/Military contracts)
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team development skills
✔ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, GMP, EHS, and quality standards
✔ SAP experience preferred
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s + 1+ year manufacturing experience
- OR Associate’s + 5+ years manufacturing experience
- OR High School Diploma + 10+ years manufacturing experience (including 2+ years leading teams)
