Parts and Shipping/Receiving Coordinator Nashua, NH Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Ability to work with B2B clientele. Good mechanical understanding. Basic computer skills. Autonomous. Ability to work in a team. Thorough and good work ethic. Forklift training and a valid card (an asset). Responsibilities Respond to requests for customer parts. Support part submissions when the contract includes only parts. Conduct ETA follow-up with suppliers as needed. Coordinate shipments of equipment/parts between the customer and the warehouse (by use of packing slips). Inspect equipment and parts at receiving and validate their conformity. Receive supplier orders in the system. Do cycle counting of equipment and parts per established schedule. Pick and prepare materials for shop floor and stage parts for the service technicians. Prepare customer sales orders and coordinate shipping. Prepare supplier returns as required. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy.
