Production Associate

Packaging Machine Operator

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to support packaging and inspection operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves operating packaging equipment, inspecting products for quality, completing production documentation, and following established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time contract opportunity (3 Month Contract, expected to end October 2026, could go longer or permanent)
• Ideal start date is August 10th
• $18.50 - $20.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities
• 1st: 6:00AM-2:30pm, $18.50/hr
• 2nd: 2:00PM-10:30PM, $20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and operation of packaging and labeling equipment
• Inspect products throughout the packaging process to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production records, logbooks, and required documentation accurately
• Perform line cleaning and maintain a clean work area
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Support production goals while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Open to all kinds of experience
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE

Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
