We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in preparing great food and keeping a clean, organized kitchen. Location 2112 N High St, Columbus, OH 43201 Responsibilities Prepare wings, tenders, fries, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Atomic Wings standards. Read order tickets accurately and prepare orders quickly. Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely. Follow proper cooking times, temperatures, portion sizes, and recipes. Sauce, season, and package food accurately. Make sure every order is fresh, complete, and prepared correctly. Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift. Clean fryers, equipment, prep areas, floors, and kitchen surfaces as required. Filter and maintain fryer oil according to company procedures and safety standards. Properly use cleaning chemicals and required safety equipment. Restock food, packaging, sauces, and other kitchen supplies. Immediately report equipment, food safety, or sanitation concerns to the manager on duty. Assist other team members as needed. Complete closing duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, kitchen, or cooking experience preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Dependable attendance and positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning and kitchen duties. Comfortable working around fryers and hot kitchen equipment.
