Responsibilities Develop proposals, negotiate with customers, ensure deals deliver shareholder value, drive competitive pricing; may include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Handle standardized products with pre‑defined options. Contribute to predefined contracts and establish a framework of conditions and prices. Handle targeted clients. Discuss sales approach with manager. Manage Low–Medium region size, stable region, established market presence. Availability to travel in Europe at least 25% of working time. Required Qualifications Engineering degree from an accredited university or college. Fluency in English and German is mandatory. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to work independently; strong problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of a second language (French or Spanish) is desired.
