Respiratory Therapist

Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients, assessing and implementing treatment plans under physician supervision. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and contribute to patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients respiratory conditions through detailed assessments.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory health and device usage.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current Respiratory Therapist license or certification.
• Proven experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
