Server Assistant

The Restaurant Server Assistant at Avenue One plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by supporting servers and ensuring the timely delivery of food from the kitchen to guests. This hybrid position encompasses many responsibilities, requiring efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

•Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.

•Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate order delivery.

•Assist as needed with In-Room Dining orders (preparation, room delivery, tray pickup, etc)

•Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.

•Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables between courses and after guests depart.

•Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed.

•Ensure tables are properly set with clean utensils, napkins, and glassware before seating guests.

•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.

•Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as utensils, condiments, and napkins.

•Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.

•Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

The entry rate for this position is $27.

•Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

•Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

•Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.

•Availability: Must have open availability, including weekends and holiday.

•Must be fluent in English.
